WorkLife Impact Methodology

His Church at Work's WorkLife Impact Methodology is comprised of two core components that drive the growth of every working believer along a defined WorkLife Spiritual Pathway. Applied correctly over time, this methodology helps ensure an intentional and sustainable WorkLife Ministry that produces tangible results. This process incorporates proven training and coaching for the church, using 10 WorkLife Best Practices. And for the individual, it includes a unique WorkLife Spiritual Pathway and High Impact Personal Tools proven to positively impact working believers in their efforts to live an integrated and effective spiritual life at work.
